We expect quality in everyday things. The food we eat should be clean, the car we drive should not break, the sock's elastic should stay put, the lock on our door should open easily etc etc. If it’s not smooth to operate we tend to feel that it’s cheap, and if it breaks we won’t buy that brand again.
Quality impacts our everyday lives. Likewise, digital products and services have become part of our daily lives. They should be made with quality. When good products are presented in a slipshod manner, they don’t impute the desired qualities of your product or service.
